Permanent restorations are never placed unless you are happy with the result. If something about the design is not right, I am glad to send the case back for changes and redesign.

The wax mock-up is used to create the temporary restorations you wear during the process. That gives you the opportunity to evaluate the look, feel, shape, and proportions—and tell us what you want changed—before anything permanent is placed.
If you are not satisfied, the case can be sent back for redesign. Permanent restorations are not placed until you are happy.
